Leadership Development
At Crossroads Church, our goal is to train and equip the body of Christ. There are four tracks, organized to help you become the leader God intends you to be. You will become familiar with the word of God, improve your life skills, and be trained and mentored in ministry. The four areas of Leadership Development are: Bible Track, Life Skills Track, Ministry Track, and Leadership Track.
Bible Track (100): 101 - WHY; 102 - Truths of the Christian Life; Sunday and Wednesday School of the Bible
Life Skills Track (200): 201 - Freedom Group; 202 - Financial Freedom; 203 - Effective Parenting; 204 - Marketplace Ministry; 205, 206 - Marriage Ministry
Ministry Track (300): 301 - Ministry & Care; 302 - Spiritual Giftings
Leadership Track: Saturday Seminars, with the goal of developing your relationship and leadership skills; improve the way you lead at church, at home and at work. Offered 3 times per year.
