TIMELINE
Our origin began with Crossroads Career – founded by Brian Ray
Brian Ray, founder of Crossroads Career
In the 1980's Brian Ray, founder of Crossroads Career in Atlanta launched Crossroads Career, it has grown to serve large numbers of organizations and people throughout the United States.
Dave Sparkman launches Crossroads Career Network in Eden Prairie, 2005
Crossroads Career Network in Minnesota was launched in April, 2005 at Grace Church in Eden Prairie by Dave Sparkman.

Dave was a senior executive at United Health Group that had a desire to help others become more effective in their career transitions as he had difficulties in his own job search after losing his role as a Partner at Arthur Andersen following the company’s demise.
His heart has been to serve those in similar circumstances while helping them gain and grow in their faith in Jesus Christ in the process.
Name change and relaunch – MN Crossroads Fall 2019
Shortly after it’s launch, Harry Urschel, along with others joined Dave and helped to continue to add events, resources, and opportunities for people to connect, while keeping a focus on helping people hear and follow God’s calling in their lives.

Harry has been in Executive Recruiting for over 30 years and has been able to use knowledge from his professional vocation as a means to serve people on a volunteer basis.
Since 2014, Harry Urschel has taken over local leadership, as Dave Sparkman has become the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the national organization.

We have, and continue to expand locations in the Twin Cities area so that more people can be helped in their job search, and come to gain hope through a relationship with Jesus Christ in their current circumstances and for their entire lives.
