Amplifon’s Miracle-Ear business unit has an exciting and aggressive growth goal over the next five years. In the Client Care Representative role, you will be responsible for outbound calls with current and potential patients, marketing campaigns, and patients' appointments.
What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Client Care Representative, you will be responsible for:
Outbound calls to ensure high-level customer care and satisfaction
Successfully completed marketing campaigns to existing and prospect patients, aiming to schedule qualified appointments for Hearing Care Professional
Timely follow-up with patients in each touch point journey to capture appointment dates for marketing purposes
Resolve patient issues in a timely manner, which may require research and follow up
Update patient records as appropriate to ensure accurate patient files are maintained
Educate patients on the Miracle-Ear program and services
Collaborate on Miracle-Ear projects as necessary, while completing all responsibilities as a Client Care Representative – ensuring adherence to all HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability) regulations
Qualifications:
A high school diploma is required
1 year of customer service/sales experience is required, call center experience in the healthcare industry is strongly preferred including-outbound calls
Intermediate user of Microsoft Word, Excel, and email. Experience with database applications such as Five9, InContact, ACD, or VRU is a plus
Excellent interpersonal skills that allow effective working relationships with a wide range of patients, colleagues, and vendors
Strong verbal and written communication skills are required
Understanding the hearing healthcare industry is desirable
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
Physical/Mental Demands:
Must be able to maintain a high level of concentration even with numerous interruptions
Position requires sitting or standing for periods of time
The position requires a headset to be worn while providing customer service on the phone
