GENERAL SUMMARY
This role is responsible for processing incoming mail, courier deliveries, package deliveries, and interoffice mail in order to provide timely and accurate service. The Office Coordinator (part-time) also handles the office supplies and upkeep of the office.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Front Desk Receptionist
Answers Corporate phone
Responsible for mail services including:
Mail machine operation
UPS shipments
Sorting and distributing of interoffice and incoming mail
Interacting with couriers and delivery personnel
Handling shipping and receiving while managing cost-effectiveness
Sending and receiving offsite files
Ensuring the office is adequately stocked with mail supplies
Orders and restocks company supplies:
General Office Supplies
Paper
Logo Envelopes/Letterhead/Labels
Business Cards
Breakroom Supplies
Coffee Supplies
Maintains the appearance and organization of the storage room, R.E.C. breakroom, conference rooms, general office areas
Provides administrative support to the Facilities department as needed
Performs other duties and projects as assigned
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Ability to operate, adjust and maintain the mail-processing machine
Working knowledge of mail processes such as postage machines and UPS
Proficiency in a multi-tasked environment with proven skills in organizing, prioritizing, and attention to detail
Skilled in Microsoft Office applications and other relevant software
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
High school graduate
2 years of mail machine operation and/or corporate receptionist experience preferred

Travel Requirements: None
Weight Lifting Requirements: 25 lbs.
Ability to stand for long periods of time
