KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Young Adult Ministry Female Associate will support the Young Adult Director in implementing all areas of the ministry. She will support the mission, vision, and strategy of the Young Adult ministries by seeking to make young adult disciples of Jesus Christ across the street and around the world. Specifically, the Young Adult Ministry Female Associate will divide her time into two areas: shepherding and discipling female young adults and administrative support for the Young Adult Director and ministry.
Shepherding and Discipling:
Be the point person for new young adults looking to get connected.
Shepherd and equip the female young adults, especially leaders and future leaders
Administration:
Provide general administrative support to the Director.
Set up and prepare for Tuesday night. Help cultivate a great vibe and solid content. A gathering that is specifically designed to create an environment that is fun enhances social connections, provides biblical teaching that is relevant & dynamic worship that is authentic.
Oversee communications and social media volunteer team.
Facilitate and connect YA to our discipleship pathway by seamlessly connecting and integrating them into the life of Grace Church via small groups, serving teams, and membership through efficient partnerships with other departments.
Support any external events such as retreats and mission trips.
Other duties as assigned.
